WASHINGTON, D.C.-- Reps. Chairman Gallagher calls on Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo to add blacklisted Chinese supercomputing company Inspur’s subsidiaries to the Entity List to stop U.S. technology firms from bypassing the restrictions on Inspur by simply shipping to those subsidiaries.
