WASHINGTON, DC – As first reported by Reuters, Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI) of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party wrote to Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas today, requesting that the cabinet officials rigorously enforce the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act (UHRPA) and the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
