Roger Williams (R-TX), Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business today delivered a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland seeking insight into the DOJ's efforts to combat Chinese intellectual property theft. The Chairmen seek a detailed briefing no later than June 30th to discuss DOJ’s initiatives to protect American small businesses from illegal CCP IP theft.

Mike Gallagher (R-WI), Chairman of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party received notice from Alfred University that the school will close its CCP-affiliated Confucius Institute as a result of the Select Committee's investigation that began on May 31, 2023.
