TOKYO, JAPAN — Chairman John Moolenaar (R-MI) of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, alongside Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), Rep. Ben Cline (R-VA), Rep. Tom Suozzi (D-NY), Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX), and Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) traveled to Japan this week to express support for the U.S.-Japan alliance and discuss ways our two countries can work together to combat the Chinese Communist Party’s rising military, economic, and ideological aggression.

BOSTON, MA — Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI), Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), Reps. Darin LaHood (R-IL), Seth Moulton (D-MA), Neal Dunn (R-FL), and Jake Auchincloss (D-MA) of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) were in Boston yesterday, where they met with leaders of the U.S. biotechnology industry to discuss the Chinese Communist Party threat to U.S. biosecurity and how U.S. companies can better compete on the global stage.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Just days before President Biden meets with communist dictator, Xi Jinping, at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit, Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI) of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party traveled to San Francisco to meet with Chinese Americans and members of the global Chinese diaspora who have faced relentless persecution and transnational repression at the hands of the Chinese Communist Party.

 NEW YORK, NY- Today, Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI), Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), and members of of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party held a field hearing in New York City on the systemic risk of the Chinese Communist Party to American financial stability.

STOUGHTON, WI- Today, Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI), Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), and Rep. Darin LaHood (R-IL) of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party hosted a roundtable event in Stoughton, Wisconsin on the Chinese Communist Party's threat to American manufacturing. 

Solomon Islands: Rep. Neal Dunn (R-FL) of the US House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party and Rep. Aumua Amata Coleman Radewagen (R-American Samoa) traveled to Solomon Islands, meeting with Solomon officials and community leaders earlier this week. Reps. Dunn and Radewagen also visited Guadalcanal, laying wreaths at the American War Memorial to honor the service and sacrifice of those who fought to secure freedom in the 20th century, as growing CCP aggression threatens to undermine peace in the 21st century.
